Deposit Anywhere™ is a free service and just as secure as depositing your cheque in a branch. Plus, it's fast and easy.

Make sure you only deposit Canadian dollar cheques, that it is not post-dated or stale-dated, that the cheque is made out to the name of the account holder, and that it is only endorsed once.

How it works:

1. Open the app on your smartphone
2. Select your account and enter the cheque amount
3. Snap a photo of the front and back of your cheque
4. Confirm, the details and tap "Submit"

After you deposit:

1. Write "deposited" across the front of the cheque
2. Store it for 90 days (do not send it to us)
3. Destroy cheque within 120 days
4. Funds appear right away but normal hold times apply
